This initiative developed ideas that seek to create a better customer at-stadium experience for NFL fans. The ideas developed focused on enhancing the fan experience at NFL stadia, developing new and unique at-stadium content, identifying ways to repurpose available premium seat space and investigating more experiential sponsorship opportunities. In addition, this effort analyzed revenue generating opportunities, sponsorship activation and experiential enhancements in and around an NFL stadium that contribute to a better customer experience.
General areas explored included seating capacity (seating, spectator experience), premium features (suites, clubs, lounges, hospitality areas, parking), technologies (video, audio, computer, scoreboard, interactive), and space (core use, event support, operational support, flexibility).
