This project represents the conversion of an existing, commercial 3-story 90,000 square foot office building in the Coastal California city of Calabasas to the new, contemporary, technologically advanced headquarters of the digital entertainment company DTS, Inc.

It contains three large state-of-the-art sound rooms for the engineering department while housing more than 100 total employees.
